Try this delicious Turmeric Nectar Smoothie.




2 bananas

2 cups of pineapple chunks

2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk

a splash of lime juice

3 Tablespoons of Turmeric Nectar

1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

1 cup of ice


Optional: 2 teaspoons of chia seeds




Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.


Makes three servings.
